Shipping information

  • Depending on your country, there may be an import fee to customs for the receiver to pay before the parcel may be delivered. Import fees are the responsibility of the receiver to pay. If parcels are refused by the receiver due to import fees, a refund will be given equal to the cost of the print/ painting, but not covering the cost of shipping.

  • Once the package is marked as 'delivered' on the tracking page, we are not responsible for misplaced or stolen packages.

    Orders placed with an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of resending the parcel if the correct address is not provided before dispatch.

    If parcel is stolen, please contact the mail theft department of the shipping company (postal system or courier) for further directions. We are not responsible for mail theft or vandalism.

  • Refunds are not accepted except in the unlikely instance that the piece has been damaged or lost in transit. If your item has been damaged in transit, please contact info@hanenstudio.com.au with images within 14 days or receiving the item.
